Submission Guidelines
Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that all co-authors are correctly listed with their names, affiliation and email addresses. The manuscript must follow the conference prescribed format, and all co-authors should be informed about the submission. Authors are responsible for accepting all tracked changes and ensuring that the paper is technically accurate, grammatically correct, and written in clear, high-quality English.
The title should clearly reflect the content of the paper and should not exceed 50 words. The abstract should briefly describe the background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study, with a maximum length of 300 words. Authors should provide 10 to 15 keywords related to the work.
The manuscript should be prepared in Microsoft Word format using a double-column layout and written in simple, understandable English. A complete reference list is mandatory and should be included at the end of the manuscript following the prescribed conference citation style.
All figures, graphs, and tables must include appropriate captions and should be clearly referred to in the text. Graphs must have properly labelled axes, legends, and readable text. It is preferable to place figures and tables within the manuscript near the relevant content.
Any supporting information should be uploaded as separate files and not included within the main manuscript. Authors must obtain written permission for any copyrighted material used in the paper when they do not own the copyright.
Authors should clearly mention funding sources, including grant or award numbers where applicable, and provide an author contribution statement describing each author's role. A conflict-of-interest declaration is also required, disclosing any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research.
Conference accepts only original work that has not been published previously or submitted simultaneously to another publication. Any overlap with published or submitted work must be disclosed to the editors.
Finally, the total length of a Research Paper should not exceed 15 pages.
